Online Courses

  • Payments must clear before the scheduled class time.
  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • The instructor cannot be held responsible for any technical difficulties.
  • If the lesson is disrupted due to a lost connection or technical difficulties, the time lost can be rescheduled.
  • If the instructor is left waiting to begin class for more than 15 minutes, the class will be considered forfeited.
  • In case of cancellation, 12 hours advanced notice is required to receive a make-up lesson credit.
  • The lesson must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
  • If a lesson is not rescheduled within 60 days of the payment received, the class will be forfeited.
  • All correspondence will be done via the Internet.
